We accept most insurance plans and will file claims for you. We do not base your care plan on your insurance coverage and neither should you. There are limits to what insurance companies will contribute toward chiropractic care and it is not uncommon for insurance coverage to stop in the middle of a patient's care plan. However, if you discontinue your care plan, you will halt the healing process we have worked so hard to achieve together. For this reason, we have financial agreements that will fit your financial needs, because your health is important to us.
Payment of your bill is due at the time of service. All applicable co-pays, deductibles, personal balances, both current and prior, are due at the time of service — unless prior arrangements have been made with our billing department. We accept cash, local checks, Master Card/Visa.
We are pleased to assist you by billing for our contracted insurers. It is the responsibility of the patient to provide us with the most correct and up-to-date insurance and personal information (e.g., address, phone number, name changes, etc.) and will be responsible for any charges incurred if the information provided is not correct or updated. Verification of insurance by our office is not a guarantee of coverage as insurance companies cannot guarantee this to us.
If you are involved in a liability action (auto accident, work injury, etc.), you are required to provide all employers information, insurance company information, and contact information immediately to our office.
We look forward to working together toward your health and wellness goals and providing affordable, quality service. If you have further questions about our financial policies, please contact our office.
